Mandurah Duel Courses
Ocean course
If winds are not excessive, the Mandurah Duel will be held on the ocean between the Dawesville Cut and Doddis Beach, Halls Head.
The start line will be between the two heads at the ocean entrance to The Cut. The starter will be on the on the northern rock wall.
The ocean course will run for 12.5km.
Estuary course
In the rare event that winds are excessive on the ocean, the Race Director will consider using an estuary course. This will start at the Dawesville Bridge and finish at Doddis Beach, Halls Head.
In the unfortunate event that conditions are deemed unsafe on both courses due to extreme weather conditions, the DUEL will be cancelled.
Finish
Both courses will finish at Doddis Beach, in front of the Mandurah Ocean Club (1A Halls Head Parade, Mandurah).
